Mackay High School AG Building

Sealed proposals will be received until 12:00 pm local time, on March 31, 2025 by Mackay School District #182, State of Idaho at 400 E Spruce St. or PO Box 390, Mackay, ID 83251.

Description

  • 60' x 150' Building and Foundation/Slab
  • 2-12'x60' Exterior Aprons
  • 1-6'x15' Exterior Porch Pad and Piers
  • 4'x50' Interior Inspection Pit (5'4" Deep)
  • 6'x15' Exterior Porch and Entrance
  • 21'x86'-6" Two Story Interior Classrooms/Bathroom Finished (Thickened Footing in Slab)
  • Water, Sewer, and Power at Site. Needs to be brought in and Finished

Bids for complete exterior and interior or separate exterior and interior will be accepted.

 

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. 

 

A pre-bid conference will be held at Mackay High School on March 14, 2025 starting at 3:00 pm.  

Bidders are required to attend.

 

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject or to select any portion thereof any or all bids and to waive any technicality.
